After signing up, we note your gate access and schedule. Each week, your technician arrives during your service window, clears the yard thoroughly, and sends a photo confirmation when done. You don't need to be home.
No. As long as we can access your yard, you don't need to be present. Most of our clients aren't home during service. You'll get a text when we arrive and a photo when we're finished.
During signup, you can share a gate code or combination with us. We store access information securely and treat your property with care. We'll always confirm access is working before your first visit.
We're comfortable working around friendly dogs. If your dog is reactive or unpredictable, please arrange to have them inside during service. Just let us know during signup and we'll note it on your account.
We bag and haul all waste from your property. Nothing is left behind. We use heavy-duty, sealed bags and dispose of waste responsibly.
We service through typical Las Vegas weather including heat. If an unusual weather event requires rescheduling, we'll contact you the same day and make up the visit that week at no extra charge.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and Venmo. Monthly invoices are sent at the start of each billing cycle. There are no setup fees or hidden charges.
